Two-way file diff

Compare two files side by side with syntax colouring. Step through the changes one at a time, and see exactly what changed in the detail pane underneath, down to the word.

Merge a change in one click

Take a change across with Copy to Left or Copy to Right, copy just the lines you select, or take every change at once. Then save either side, or save it as a new file.

Folder compare

Compare two folders as a tree. Every file and folder is marked as the same, different, left-only or right-only, with modification dates and a one-line summary of the differences.

Find in diff

Press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on a Mac) to search the comparison. Matches are counted and highlighted, so you can move from one to the next.
